* What is the platform fee?
The platform fee is a fixed monthly charge, determined by feature choice and customer count. Please contact email@example.com or call 1-888-519-1425 for more details.
* What is a transaction?
A transaction fee is charged whenever a credit card charge or refund is processed, or an invoice is sent. We do not charge for failed transactions or retries.

Why doesn’t Fusebill charge a percentage of revenue like competitors do?
Philosophically, we think it’s wrong –- just because you put your price up doesn’t mean your billing system should cost more! It’s not more expensive for us to put more zeroes on an invoice, so why should you pay more if your revenues increase?
Are there any discounts?
Fusebill provides a 10% discount for pre-paying platform fees annually.
Non-profit organizations are provided a 15% discount.
Will my customers know I’m using Fusebill?
No. Fusebill is invisible to your customers. All emails, invoices and credit card charges use your name, not ours.
How do I move my existing customers to Fusebill?
We’ll securely move your customers, subscriptions and payment information into Fusebill, and you’ll be able to verify that the migration has been successful before you start billing. No matter what system you’re currently using we can help.
How do I collect payments?
Fusebill never collects or holds your payments. All and debit card payments are processed directly into your merchant account, and you directly receive checks or wire transfers.
